The salary range for this position is $294,240 OTE - $500,130 OTE (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
Red Hat is looking for an individual to lead the Global Subscription Education and Awareness Program (SEAP) globally, including strategy definition, program development, business initiatives, and sales performance. In this role, you will directly manage a global team as well as have matrixed responsibility for the regional SEAP leaders located in APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and NA. This role requires a balance of software compliance and sales-related experience, operational and analytical awareness, influence across a matrixed organization, excellence in sales execution, and an ability to identify and solve complex issues across diverse geographical areas. SEAP is a major area of focus for the company, and your success will depend on your ability to lead and collaborate across a matrixed team. You'll need to be smart, balanced, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do:
- Drive collaboration across the Global organization to evolve and scale Red Hat’s software compliance strategy and program
- Drive sales target achievement in regions through a defined management system including regular forecast calls, deal reviews, and involvement in escalations
- Collaborate across Finance, Operations, Legal, and Marketing teams to drive broader awareness of and adherence to Red Hat’s subscription model
- Develop and implement sales strategies, including collaboration with the Partner Ecosystem, to identify how software compliance standards can be improved and scaled through all possible routes
- Understand the state of consumption based tooling and resources used by SEAP and customers to support compliance activities
- Mentor and educate regional teams on Red Hat software compliance standards, Red Hat subscription model and related contracts
- Collaborate with Finance on target/quota setting activities and forecasting
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a quantitative field; MBA is a plus
- 10+ years of Compliance, Sales, or other customer facing experience; other related professional experience in sales, marketing, strategy, or customer success will be considered
- Industry and subscription company experience; familiarity with renewals and the consumption-based business models
- Tremendous relationship management, presentation, and persuasion skills
- Strong analytical and strategy skills
- Coachable, energetic, and detail-oriented; focus on and diligence in delivering results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
The following are considered a plus:
- Basic understanding of Salesforce.com (SFDC) and reporting in it
- Experience working across global geographies
