Compensation:

$85,000 - $175,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Be a Trusted Advisor for clients in Bakersfield, CA, US by understanding their unique financial situations and offering personalized financing solutions to achieve their goals.
  • Guide clients through the home financing process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience in Bakersfield, CA, US.
  • Stay updated on mortgage products, rates, and market trends specific to Bakersfield, CA, US, to provide clients with the best advice possible.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other professionals in Bakersfield, CA, US to generate referrals and new leads consistently.
  • Analyze clients' financial profiles, including income, credit, and more, to recommend the most suitable home financing options in Bakersfield, CA, US.
  • Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements relevant to Bakersfield, CA, US, ensuring compliance and ethical practices at all times.

Qualifications:
