Primary Job Function
Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.
Essential Job Functions
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, or other subjects of sale.
- Oversee regional sales based on territory.
- Talking to others to convey information effectively.
- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- Actively looking for ways to help customer find what they are looking for.
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your customer inventory sale needs.
- Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, to make improvements or take corrective action.
- Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
- Communicating effectively as appropriate for the needs of the customer
- Managing one's own time.
- Making calls to different route areas daily.
Job Knowledge
- Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates - Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Sales Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
