Our client located in Pickering is looking for a Customer Service/ Sales Representative. Candidates must have experience in the metal fabrication industry.
Position: Customer Service/ Sales Representative.
Location: Pickering
Shift: 8:00 am- 4:30 pm (Mon-Fri)
Pay: $20+ Depending upon experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and efficient service.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Handle customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with current customers, fostering loyalty and trust.
- Conduct both inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Manage and upsell to existing customers.
- Identify and target potential leads through cold calling and other lead generation methods.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Prepare and send out invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions.
- Utilize Excel and QuickBooks for data entry and financial tracking.
- Assist in accounts receivable tasks.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Provide support in the warehouse as needed, including receiving and shipping of goods.
- Assist in inventory management and organization.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, and office administration is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills.
