Santa Teresa Academy of Music and Dance is a small business in San Jose and a premier arts school offering private music lessons and group dance classes. Started in 2014, hundreds of students each week from all ovtravel from all over the San Jose area to take lessons with our instructors. We offer lessons for all ages and styles and all skill levels.

Job Title: Customer Service/ Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate services
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals - Meet or exceed performance goals for call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Independent worker who can follow directions and needs minimal supervision

- Detail oriented and organized
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of some CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Previous experience in a customer service/sales role preferred

Availability to work the following shifts is a must:

• Monday: 1:30PM - 8:45PM
• Tuesday: 1:30PM - 8:45PM
• Sunday: 10:00AM - 4:00PM
• Other times may be required
