Job Description

```Responsibilities:```
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business development and sales growth
- Identify and target potential clients in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members

```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts and pricing terms
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team
- Ability to analyze market trends and competition to inform sales strategies
- Experience in account management, including upselling and cross-selling
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams

Salary: From $70,000.00 per year
