Position: BilingualDigitalSales Representative (English/French)

Availability – Monday – Saturday (in office). Bi-weekly rotation (Week 1 – Mon-Fri, Week 2 – Mon – Sat w/ Thurs off)

Are you looking to work in a well-established organization that is a recognized leader in the utility trailer manufacturing industry? Miska Trailer Factory, which was established in 1994, is currently looking for a Bilingual Digital Sales Representative. Our booming business hit record breaking milestones in 2020, 2021 & 2022.

This role will be the primary point of contact responding to and corresponding with Miska digital sales leads from specific media sources. Through consultation with the General Sales manager, the Digital Sales Representative will have the opportunity to gain experience in the sales of Miska products.

Duties and Responsibilities

Digital Customer Management

  • Manage customer inquiries through digital media leads through Facebook/Meta Business Suite and online stores, Kijiji, Auto Trader, and other social media and designated marketing and communications channels.
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media by engaging with customer comments and tags.
  • Maintain Miska’s web chat inquiries by communicating directly with customers or relaying messages to the appropriate department.
  • Provide quote requests as required.
  • Generate and gather customer photos for use on social media channels.
  • Prepare deals for Sales Manager approval.

Lead Tracking and Administration

  • Track your assigned leads in the Miska CRM
  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and current clients
  • Consult with Sales Coordinator to ensure orders have been processed accurately and efficiently.

Support all Miska Sales Objectives and Brand Strategies

  • Understand and communicate the Miska Value Proposition
  • Set SMART (Specific/Measurable/Achievable/Relevant/Time) Goals with your manager.
  • Participate in weekly sales team meetings to discuss issues, concerns, monthly targets, and promotions.
  • Communicate and seek approval from sales management to ensure Miska’s standards of quality customer service are met and exceeded.
  • Follow company processes and procedures.

Requirements and Experience

  • Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in related field, an asset
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales and social media management experience required
  • Customer service/sales in a digital environment
  • Experience in automotive industry an asset
  • Construction equipment experience an asset
  • Knowledge of landscaping / construction / and or contracting needs are an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Sales acumen; outgoing and personable demeanor
  • Entrepreneurial by nature, inquisitive and insightful
  • Experienced in various prospecting activities
  • Social Media: experience with Meta Business Suite preferred.
  • The ability to quickly learn and retain information on Miska’s wide variety of products
  • Well-Organized with administrative tasks
  • Required to work Monday to Saturday (on bi-weekly rotation)

· Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

Please note this is a 100% in office role.
