Job Title: Sales Support Specialist
Location: Markham, ON
Work shifts/days: 8 am- 4pm (Monday- Friday)
Pay Rate: $60k/anum
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service support to clients overseas and in North America, including pricing proposals, service follow-ups, and updates on price and services
. • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through outgoing calls and virtual meetings.
- Assist the Sales Manager in meeting monthly/quarterly sales targets and generating sales forecasts.
- Identify new potential customers and business opportunities. • Support the Sales Manager in strategic business planning and sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Supply Chain.
- Previous experience in the supply chain industry is an asset. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer relations.
- Mandarin language skills are a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in an office environment is preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
