We’re looking for an experienced Senior Construction Engineer to join a groundbreaking environmental restoration project in Florida—the A2 Reservoir, part of the Everglades Agricultural Area. This high-impact initiative is critical to Florida’s water management and environmental sustainability.

As a Senior Construction Engineer, you’ll play a key role in this major project, overseeing critical construction phases, ensuring quality control, compliance, and safety standards. You’ll work as a consultant representing the project owner, offering the opportunity to contribute to one of the largest environmental restoration projects in the U.S.
Project Highlights:
- 10,500-acre reservoir with 240,000 acre-feet of water storage capacity.
- 17,000 acres total project footprint, including a 6,500-acre stormwater treatment area.
- This reservoir is a game-changer for Florida’s water management, reducing harmful discharges from Lake Okeechobee and increasing water flow into the Everglades.
What We Offer:
- Salary: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Required)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in civil engineering (Required)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in earth moving and dewatering (Required)
- At least 1 year of experience in working in large infrastructure project (Required)
- Professional Engineering (PE) or Engineering Intern (EI) license (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain proactive and consistent communication with your direct supervisor
- Handle the start of construction
- Work efficiently within a dynamic team of engineers and contractors
- Interpret and represent client needs and requirements in the field
- Ensure that project standards and specifications are being followed
- Develop on time and accurate Daily Construction Reports
- Contribute to the team's culture, and brand image
