Hollis Supply, Inc. is seeking a qualified and motivated individual for our Snohomish, WA location. Hollis is a new company focused on business to business and business to consumer sales of industrial and construction materials, tools, and other products. Although Hollis is a new company, it’s ownership group is comprised of seasoned business owners with a history of building successful companies. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors, producing quotes, placing orders, managing inventory, adding, and updating products, and assisting in other duties to help ensure the success of the company.


Responsibilities

  • Provide quotes to customers in a timely manner.
  • Answer phone calls, emails and support walk-in customers
  • Create take-offs (Hardware, etc.) for customers based on projects & provide quotes
  • Interface with manufacturers and manufacturer representatives.
  • Source products and verify pricing.
  • Assist in controlling inventory levels.
  • Track shipments and communicate and manage delivery expectations.
  • Deliver products to customer job sites as required.
  • Monitor bid publications.
  • Identify, prepare, and submit sealed bid solicitations.
  • Submit purchase orders to vendors and manufacturers.
  • Process customer payments.
  • Assist in tracking and collecting aging accounts receivable.
  • Comply with all procedural expectations.
  • And, other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to commute to Snohomish, WA Monday - Friday
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Office, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and adhere to completion of tasks in a timely manner.
  • Experience in construction and/or industrial materials and tools sales preferred.
  • Must have a valid Washington State driver’s license.
  • Must be able to lift to 50lb-75lbs.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
