Mon/Wed/Fri: 11:30am office meeting then field
Tuesday/Thursday: 1:30pm Turf Meeting then field
5 x 5 = 5 hours of knocking 5 days a week
No deal during the week = knocking Saturday 10:00am-2:00pm
30 minutes of working out daily (Must post in chat)
Qualifications for Blitz in April, September, and December (3 closers/9 setters): The top performers will advance.
Retreat before April and September Blitz
10 day team blitz available in between at team expense (Dates approved by Mike & Erik)
Present at all Tycho events
Follows all Full Time standards or moved to part time

- Door to door sales. We knock on doors together and find people who are interested in solar. Then we sell them solar panels and make commission on the deal, together.

- Becoming the best version of yourself and willing to put the work in daily to practice and master your craft of knocking on doors.

- Must be willing to accept a lot of rejection
