Promotional Sales Representative

Overview: To Increase In lane And Online Buyers Attendance. With A Secondary Focus On Increasing Volume and Getting Additional Vehicles.

This Will Include:

-Create The Excitement!!

-Manage Weekly And Monthly Promotions, Giveaways, Chatzky’s

-Quarterly Planning For Budget And Promotions

- 3 Days Off Site Phone Time, Preparing And Maintenance (approx 20 Hrs)

-Auction Day Attendance When Needed

- Getting The Word Out On What’s Happening

- Making Sure That Not Only The Customers Are Aware Of The Promotions But Also Keeping The Staff And Employees Knowledgeable Of Promotions And What’s Going On This Week And In The Future!

-Texts, Email Blasts, Flyers, Banners, Web Site Maintenance, Updates & Awareness.

-Work As Member Of The Sales Team With A What Ever It Takes Attitude. Never Say Or Assume. “Its Not My Job”

-Adaptable To What Ever The Day Brings

-Marketing

-Be the positive energy of the auction

-Make Each Dealer Feel Like A Million Dollars When They Enter The Auction

-Work With Sales And Fleet Managers To Plan Sales And Develop Monthly Calander

Plan Monthly Party Promotional Sale Schedule Around Premiere Co-signor and fleet accounts

- This job is for promotion only, calls or questions for Payment, Title, Arb or any non related Promotional Issues Need To Be Directed To Appropriate Personal At BAA

- All calls must be done thru sales force

Job Type: Part-time

  • Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday Phone Time
  • Performance bonus
  • Attendance $1.00 for Every Bidder Above Yearly Average, Generated From All lanes weekly status Report
  • 60% Bidelman Group Weekly Sales = $200
  • 70% = $300
  • 80% = $400
  • 90% = $500
  • 100% = $1000

All Pay Is Weekly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
