Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through customer acquisition and retention in the technology sales industry.
Duties:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with customers to close sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale to ensure client satisfaction
- Conduct outside sales visits to prospective clients
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, technology sales, or related field
- Strong negotiation and sales skills with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Prior experience in outside sales is advantageous
