Responsibilities of Sales/ Financial Professional:

You do not need sales, business development, marketing, or insurance experience to begin your road to success in this role! All you need is passion and a desire to make a difference.

Our comprehensive training program, including preparation for your state Life and Health licensing, will help give you the tools and resources you need to succeed and create the career success you envision.

We are looking for people who possess the following background/characteristics:

  • 4-year college degree
  • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work independently
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to develop relationships (i.e., “People Person”)
  • Fearless, positive attitude and willingness to be accountable for results
  • Organized, detail-oriented and excellent time-management skills
  • Desire for continuous learning
  • Good communicator—excellent listening skills and ability to explain complex information in a simple and concise manner

How we compensate you:

  • You have the power to drive your own income with our commission-based compensation. The average income of your agents under the N8 and N9 Agent’s Contract who met annual minimum sales production requirements in 2022 was
  • $115,917.* In that same year, the average income of the top 50 of those agents was $1.59 million. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and a 401(k) and pension**

** Based on 2022 Company data for 7,603 agents operating under our N8 and N9 Agent’s Contract in all states, without persistence bonus, who were active as of December 31 , 2022. N9 is the current contract for new financial professionals. N8 contracts were issued to new financial professionals prior to 2004. Contracts determine your compensation and benefits. Sales production requirements are determined annually by the Company. Historical agent incomes are provided for informational purposes only. Agent income is not guaranteed. Income is dependent upon the sales of each agent. Agent compensation is commission-based and determined through the ledger process. Overall compensation includes positive income credits for commissions based on actual sales and certain allowances or incentives, if eligible, based upon persistence and production, as well as debits associated with commission reversals, authorized expenses and other items. Each credit and debit posted to the Agent’s Ledger is part of determining the agent’s compensation and no individual credit posted to the ledger is earned until the ledger reconciliation process is complete. Agents receive payments equal to the positive balance on the Agent’s Ledger after the credits and debits are applied.
