Who are we looking for?
Strong Hold is looking for an energetic employee that thrives in a sales environment. This person likes working in a fast pace environment, isn't afraid of cold calling, and loves the thrill of chasing down leads. You also understand the importance of good customer service and being a team player.
In this role you will:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients or customers, following up on leads, to generate new business opportunities, establish initial contact, and identify potential needs or interests.
- Work with customers addressing their needs by providing accurate quotes, coordinating shipping, responding to inquiries, processing orders and handling missed shipments, as well as addressing any additional customer requirements.
- Field incoming customer calls and answering general questions by providing detailed information and prompt response.
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Travel to trade shows 1-2 times per year.
- Back up other roles on the team, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Ability to learn multiple functions associated with the work
Required education and experience:
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook and Teams
- 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
- Ability to read and interpret basic product drawings and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
Preferred education and experience
- Expert knowledge of Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

Pay Range: $50,000 to $70,000 per year (depending on experience) and potential for quarterly bonuses!
