Job Description:

Joining our team as a Franchise Sales Representative offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our brand while advancing your career in franchise sales. If you are passionate about franchising and have a proven ability to drive sales, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Execute the sales process in the area of focus and meet the assigned goal.
Make calls to prospects entering the system to sell a Del Toro Franchise.
Study the profile of candidates before scheduling "In-Person" interviews.
Manage databases to identify potential clients in their area of focus. Carry out cross-selling with clients who have already purchased policies by implementing email campaigns.
Monitor the execution of the sales process while maintaining control over timelines.
Research the market in the area of focus. Propose different actions based on market characteristics.
Update the Soffront System according to the progress or need for follow-up of each process.
Evaluate the brand impact within the area of focus.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in franchise sales or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
