Responsibilities:
- Report creation for both client and internal stakeholder needs, including, but not limited to:
- Client QBRs, KPI tracking, and ad hoc requests.
- Win/Loss rate, client retention, cross-sell/vertical sales, sales meetings/pitches, etc.
- Document data findings from data processing and data analysis and provide actionable recommendations based on findings.
- Analyze and process data across multiple sources to consolidate findings.
- Work directly with account owners to establish reporting intervals and train them on data collection methods and controls.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and IT support to ensure timely data and analysis submission and key project progression.
- Utilize templates & SOPs for data quality control.
- Leverage analytical tools to provide business and technical support for the analytics process.
- Develop knowledge of the experiential marketing industry as well as specific areas of focus of our business, our clients' businesses, the competitive landscape, and data analysis techniques to provide further value to our clients.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes (CORE Values).
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field (business, computer science, applied mathematics, finance)
- 1+ year(s) prior experience in data analytics, including qualitative and quantitative, multi-source data collection preferred. Working experience with analytics or data tools (Google Analytics, SPSS, R, etc) is a plus.
- Ability to visualize data in a meaningful and concise manner.
- Ability to develop outstanding relationships with internal team members at all company levels.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Trade show/convention, event, or experiential industry experience a plus
- Travel expectation: 10% or less

- By 30 days, the incumbent should understand team dynamics and perform basic job functions, understand all the various reports and reporting decks needed and their timing, data and content sources, and internal business partners independently.
- By 60 days, the incumbent should be self-reliant on basic job functions and begin executing more complex tasks, including KPI tracking, win/loss rates and trends, and general project management tasks.
- By 90 days, the incumbent should have ownership over the majority of their responsibilities except in cases where the training and/or data available is longer than the initial 90 days period.
