Nammex is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as Junior Customer Service Coordinator at our office in Roberts Creek.
Nammex is the leading provider of organic functional mushroom extract powders to North American nutritional supplement and nutraceutical companies. We provide organic mushroom ingredients such as reishi, chaga, cordyceps, lion’s mane, shiitake and maitake in powder form that other companies use to create their own retail products like capsules, drink mix powders, energy bars, coffee, beverages, chocolate, supplements, etc.

We require someone to join our team of 8 in our Roberts Creek administrative and R&D office. This position will play a key role in ensuring efficient order processing, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
Our knowledge of medicinal mushrooms and quality control protocols for medicinal mushrooms is why some of the top supplement and herbal product companies in North America purchase their mushroom ingredients from Nammex.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Customer Service Coordinator with order processing tasks.
- Manage warehouse, shipping, and order-related issues efficiently.
- Respond to general inquiries from customers and provide accurate information.
- Process shipped orders across our 3rd party systems accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and manage the "Reamaze" inbox, ensuring prompt responses to customer queries.
- Assist in handling new applications as needed.
- Handle inbound phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Take on any other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of related customer service experience; preferably working with other businesses.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certifications or courses in related fields are a plus.
- Must have proven experience in order processing, inventory management, or client services. Must be familiar with third-party order processing systems and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle tasks like a pro
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Customer centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Familiar with Zoom, Slack, Asana and Google Apps (Mail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive)
- Can use a Mac computer

This is an in office, full time position with an immediate start date. We have a very laid back casual office with flexible hours that is open 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
