What Will Make Your Days Exciting as a Sales representative at Bumper to Bumper:
  • Schedules and visits established customers in order to maintain and increase sales to that customer, based on an understanding of the customers’ business need
  • Takes orders from customers to renew their inventory, adds new items to their inventory, quotes on new equipment when needed; manages customer returns when appropriate
  • Expands the existing customer base by identifying and soliciting potential new customers
  • Maintains a positive relationship with the customer; ensures that there is also a positive relationship with store personnel
  • Conducts him/herself in a professional manner in order to enhance the corporate image of the company
  • Utilizes the computer system, internet and paper catalogs to identify the correct parts for the customer’s needs
  • Effectively communicates product features, benefits and warranty information to customers in order to present a value proposition
  • Utilizes sales process to manage territory pipeline and opportunity
  • Provides exceptional customer service
  • Ensures customers parts orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Displays a positive, helpful attitude and known to be a team player.
