In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities in the field and in the office. You’ll focus primarily on selling our staffing services to mid to large-size Manufacturing, Warehouse, Distribution, and Logistics companies. You'll spend part of your day out in the field, building new relationships and cultivating existing client relationships and the remainder of your day is spent in office responding to emails, inputting sales data, telemarketing calls, follow up (with Sales and Recruiting Teams) and preparing yourself for the next day.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Participate in daily meetings with Sales Manager and Sales Team.
· Meet/exceed daily, weekly and monthly objectives. (Drops, Cold Calls, Telemarketing, Appointment setting, closed contracts)
· Scheduling client appointments through phone calls, in-person visits and other resources.
· Territory canvassing based off Managers instruction.
· Having promotional items ready to take for field drops daily.
· Use CRM to organize prospects and clients in the Sales Pipeline.
· Daily documentation and data entry on field drops and potential new client’s information.
· Daily documentation of KPIs.
· Daily correspondence to potential prospects from field drops.
· Request any necessary documents that correspond with client.
· Prepare Proposal documents for New Clients based off Sales Manager instruction.
· Consistent follow through with pending Proposals.
· Monitoring all new Clients to ensure the proper level of customer service is being received.
· Weekly check-in with Branch Managers on all open orders.
· Branch introduction for new clients.
· Miscellaneous tasks per Sales Manager.
· Finalization of client screens. Docs, contacts, markups, WC code, COI, overview etc.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
