Job Summary:

Equip Exports (Equip Recycling) is a ISO certified electronic recycler with presence in North America for more than 16 years . We help school districts, financial institutions, corporations and small businesses recycle their old IT products by providing free pickup, packaging and competitive ROI.

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer/Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in telemarketing, inside sales, and customer service. This role involves promoting our electronic recycling services over the phone and emails to potential customers.

Duties:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers

- Hitting daily, weekly and monthly targets

-Researching and becoming fluent in all facets of Computer IT Asset Management & Recycling

- Present our services effectively to acquire new customers

- Build and maintain customer relationships

- Self-Prospect new customers to maximize productivity and achieve minimum requirements for prospecting and lead generation

-Outbound Tele-market prospecting accounts. Making 100+ calls a day to key decision makers
- Document all call information accurately

Requirements:

- College Diploma in Marketing or Communications, not required but an asset

- Proven experience of 1 year minimum in telemarketing, inside sales, or related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities
- Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations
- Knowledge of technical sales or technology products is advantageous
- Business development skills are beneficial
