Johnson Controls are looking for an experienced Direct Sales Representative with a flare for identifying and developing new opportunities and new business, as well as, retain and fostering existing relationships within our Automatic Fire Alarm Business.
This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about building lasting relationships and putting their customers first.
About the Role:
- Identifying and maintain relationships with Fire Protection companies
- Target customers to maximize revenue and achieve targeted budget levels.
- Manage all administration in an accurate and timely fashion associated with the acquisition of new business management of current customers.
- Prepare sales quotations, tenders and proposals as required.
- Foster relationships with key internal personnel within the Team.
- Ensure execution of the commercial, promotional & strategic plans
- Establish long term relationships with clients
- Resolve and take ownership of issues
- Undertake risk planning and comply with company policy to minimize risk to company
About You:
- A natural people person, you will have the ability to build strong working relationships
- Self-starter with a focus on exceeding KPIs
- An enthusiastic go-getter who works well under pressure and can handle a fast-paced role, along with the ability to be adaptable
- Excellent time management with a keen eye for detail
- Excited to be a proactive member of the team as well as self-disciplined when working autonomously

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $41,600. - 62,500. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
