Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and home health agencies.
Serve as the go-to resource for referral partners and patients, offering exceptional bedside manners and support.
Navigate the insurance landscape and assist patients through their infusion therapy journey, making them feel at ease.
Address urgent requests from referral partners and patients after hours with dedication and care.
Adapt quickly to changes and solve problems efficiently, ensuring the best outcomes for patients and partners.

What We’re Looking For:

Nurses with sales experience in acute care or transitional care from hospitals to homes.
Proven ability to create business opportunities, with an existing book of business preferred.
Strong understanding of the insurance landscape and prior authorization processes.
An easygoing yet professional personality with exceptional problem-solving skills.
Dedication to patient care and a passion for making a difference.
Flexibility to respond to urgent needs beyond traditional working hours.
Passionate about patient care and relationship building.

Preferred Qualifications:

Established relationships with healthcare providers in Jacksonville and the surrounding areas.
Experience in managing referral pipelines and driving business growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,151.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Benefits:
