Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business General Manager to oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in managing teams and driving business growth.

Duties:

-Supervise daily business operations, establish organizational objectives, and approve policies and programs.

-Authorize, oversee, and select key personnel across departments and management levels.

-Cultivate partnerships to enhance reach and reputation, and represent or delegate official functions.

-Coordinate and allocate resources for organizational policies and programs, including financial controls, promotions, personnel planning, anddepartment management.

-Develop and implement business strategies, with a focus on marketing initiatives.

-Lead and support marketing and sales teams to achieve collective goals.

-Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in the tutoring sector.

-Manage sales operations, set targets, and implement revenue strategies.

-Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.

-Maximize profitability through budget management and financial forecasting.

-Stay updated on concepts and strategies in the education field.

Requirements:

-Post secondary education is required, prefer in business administration, management, finance, marketing, human resources or other discipline relatedto the service provided.

-2 years of experience in a middle or senior management position.

-Experience in a similar institution or organization or educational environment is highly preferred.

-Experience in business administration, management, finance, marketing, human resources will be an asset.

-A combination of education and work experience maybe be considered.
