Job Overview
The role of Business Development Analyst is to execute the growth of the business within The Junkluggers Franchise and affiliated businesses. This will include developing a corporate National Strategic Partnership Program, as well as growing the number of Junkluggers franchised locations, and execute growth plans, support, and coaching to existing partners. This tactical focused position will oversee and train the Business Development employees who are located at our franchised locations throughout the country. This role will focus on retaining and growing key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, in addition to assuming the primary franchise sales role.
Salary & Perks
- $18 - $22/hour based on experience
- 10% uncapped commission on local sales (*)
- 1% commission on national sales.
- This is a six-figure opportunity!
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build key partner relationships, identify high profile business opportunities, professional service partnerships, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions
- Execute a strategic business plan and sales plan that meets, exceeds or accelerates recognized corporate sales goals and support Company revenue and profitability targets
- Execute a comprehensive and successful sales program to be rolled out to franchise partners and home office team.
- Develop a regional and national strategic partner referral systems
- Attend conferences and trade shows
- Be a facilitator of the national market blueprint in order to identify new leads, and potential new markets
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of outbound and inbound sales, including relationship building and networking
- Enthusiastic Self Starter, able to manage and execute with a high degree of productivity on a daily basis
- Strong “hunter” mentality with an absolute positive attitude and desire to “win with integrity” in all situations
- Ability to travel and work remotely while traveling
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced and disciplined sales process, while being cool as a cucumber
- Solid organizational, time management and follow-through skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal (able to present to groups)
- Strong client relations mentality, looking for someone who can nurture positive B2B & B2C relationships
- Ability to be creative in prospecting and lead generation and work with minimal daily supervision
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, twist, listen, speak and drive for extended periods of time
Bonus Skills
- 2+ years of direct selling experience with a proven track record of positive sales and growth
