Responsibilities

- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or related fields such as B2B or inside sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in business development is a plus.
- Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude towards learning about new technologies and market trends.
