Business Development Manager (Carrier)


Main Job Duties:

Be responsible for the customer of assigned accounts. Maintain customer relationships at multiple levels. Work with customers to develop sound business plans, build pipelines, and execute sales.

Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and vendor resources.

Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet customers' expectations.

Meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned customer accounts.

Work with customers to develop product platforms to generate new revenue.

Complete assigned work by the team leader.

Work proactively to handle daily work in different time zones.

Work with the pricing team and technical support team for business cases.

Contract negotiation and work with legal team for commercial contracts.


Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business or related disciplines.

2 years of experience in product or technical support or business support is required

Strong business sense, industry knowledge, and strategic thinking are required to explore potential business. Strong collaboration & teamwork skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Project management skills. Communication Skills Problem-Solving Skills. Strong knowledge of data wholesale market trends and technology.

Ability to work independently and react quickly to changes in customer requirements.

Ability to manage the business cycle and close deals in a dynamic setting.

Business driven to achieve results with enthusiasm and energy.

Communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and Chinese.
