Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team with real estate or vacation rental experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our products and services, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. Proficiency in both English is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct warm and cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities through research and networking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies.
- Provide technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits to clients.
- Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting progress.
- Participate in local networking events.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
- Proven experience in off platform lead generation.
- Promptly follow up on inbound leads, engage with potential clients, and provide personalized consultations to help them understand the benefits of our management services.
- Identify and prospect potential property owners interested in vacation rental management services.
- Research & Prospecting with a variety of online tools and resources to find homeowners in the Palm Beach, FL area. Sources may include real estate listings, public property records, social media, community boards, and more.
- Identify absentee owners, vacation property owners, or rental property investors who are likely to need property management services.
- Collect accurate contact information (emails, phone numbers) and property details for each lead.
- Conduct sales presentations and effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with our company.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures with property owners to secure new business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in English or another language is highly desirable.
- Experience in inside sales or business development is preferred.
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales concepts is a plus.
- Proficient in using software tools for sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
