About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Booking Agents to work directly with pet owners to help them coordinate in-home veterinary bookings and schedule our mobile Vet Teams. You will be responsible for closing warm lead bookings over the phone, text and email, to help develop great customer relationships, and use cutting edge technology to easily set up Vet visits across the US.
Responsibilities:
- Processing online booking requests from qualified customers using Salesforce CRM
- Ask probing questions to understand customer needs and determine upsell opportunities
- Develop routes for our Vet Teams by creating efficient and logical travel itineraries
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to meet and exceed sales goals
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and tracking needed follow-ups
- Act with a sense of urgency, but also treat the customer with concierge level service
- Being able to determine when the call is an emergency or a regular veterinarian visit request (with training)
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and field teams as necessary
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Qualifications:
- Previous call center experience as a sales representative or other sales/customer service role essential
- Previous veterinary or pet industry experience an asset but not required
- Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal
- Strong problem solving skills with a results-oriented approach
- Being highly organized and detail oriented essential to your success
- Proficient in computer software; CRM management and Google Suite experience a strong asset
- Shift work position: A variety of Day, Evening, Weekend and Holiday shifts are required/available
- Based in Houston TX or willing to relocate
Salary & Benefits:
- $16.00 - $17.00 per hour + Commissions
