Position Summary:
The Business Development Representative must be a resourceful individual. Through effective networking, cold calling and business referrals, is highly capable of closing new business and growing an existing customer portfolio.
They must be adept at forming strong relationships and be seen as a professional resource guide. Ever quick to think on their feet, they are equally skilled at growing existing accounts while securing new business by presenting Bessbrand’s quality deliverables.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the North American market segment.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets.
- Identify new clients and develop strategies to promote business solutions to customers.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with their goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating deep knowledge of our products and services.
3. Market Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats, providing insights to inform business decisions.
4. Product Promotion:
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to prospective clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and technical discussion to showcase capabilities and address clients’ needs.
5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Monitor sales pipeline and performance metrics, providing regular updates and forecasts to the senior management.
- Input and maintain data on Monday.com in a timely and accurate manner.
- Generate reports and analysis to track sales performance, identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
- Attending and represent Bessbrand Inc at trade conferences and other events.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is essential.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing solutions project life cycle, products & services and sales processes.
- Well organized, passionate about client relations and focused on enhancing the client experience
- Strong impact and influence skills and highly proficient at developing and delivering compelling client presentations.
- Solid time management skill and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
EDUCATION
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, or related discipline.
EXPERIENCE
- Proven track record of success in sales within the tradeshow and experiential marketing industry with a deep understanding of market dynamics.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
