The Position
In this role, you will inform strategic growth by conducting trend analysis, contributing to forecasting models, ensuring data cleanliness, and bringing forward notable insights to the Marketing and Inside Sales teams to help us achieve our growth goals in both the USA and Canada. You will be responsible for the reporting and analysis of our Account Based Marketing (AMB) program and platform. You will get to learn side-by-side with experts in business intelligence to create and own both standardized and custom reports, build and monitor dashboards for accuracy, optimize data visualizations to ensure proper interpretation, and conduct quantitative product and sales analysis.
Essential Functions
- Leverage CRM (Salesforce) and the marketing tech stack (WordPress, Marketo, Infinity, Drift, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, RollWorks) to generate, distribute, and report on qualified leads, opportunities, and sales for each marketing channel (ABM, website, email, paid search, paid social, referral programs).
- Proactively explore, analyze, evaluate, and report on marketing and sales performance to increase marketing and sales effectiveness and overall business impact.
- Manage ad hoc reporting requests from the marketing and sales teams and distribute reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Track daily leads, opportunities, and revenue per marketing channel, and consult with the marketing and inside sales managers on any red flags or noticeable trends in performance.
- Own the reporting and analysis of our Account Based Marketing (AMB) program campaigns and platform (RollWorks) effectiveness.
- Manage the marketing budget, accrual process, and monthly expense reports by working closely with the Finance department.
- Because of the cross-functional nature of this position and its relevance across the business, there is the potential for high-level exposure and growth throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Marketing, Business, Analytics, or Economics preferred)
- 2-4 years analytics and/or marketing experience.
- Experience working with CRM (Salesforce) preferred.
- Experience working with a marketing automation platform preferred, such as Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot, etc.
- Experience working with an account-based marketing platform preferred, such a RollWorks, 6sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Core understanding of statistics and its business applications.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel.
- Competency with PowerPoint or similar presentation tool.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Effective and collaborative team player, but equally comfortable working independently.
- A self-starter who is willing to develop new skills and take on additional responsibility over time.
