We specialize in providing high-quality water filtration systems to businesses throughout Massachusetts. Our systems include advanced features such as ice and seltzer capabilities, offering unique benefits to our clients. We are currently seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our Burlington, MA team!
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target businesses in need of water filtration systems with ice and seltzer capabilities. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, facility managers, and decision-makers. Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to understand their needs and present our solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our water filtration systems, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Highlight the unique features and benefits of our systems.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients. Close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Provide feedback and insights to the management team.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance. Prepare regular reports for management.
Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Strong computer skills (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Massachusetts
