Job Description

Rize Bikes is seeking an experienced Customer Services and Sales Representative to join our growing team. Based in Vancouver, Canada, Rize Bikes is an established e-bike company specializing in high end premium e-bikes for both Canada and United States.

As a growing company, the ideal candidate is highly motivated, possesses a positive attitude, comfortable using technology, detail-oriented, and driven to provide key support for the administrative functions of the business.

Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.

Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Learning our products and services and promoting it.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Engaging in sales activities, measuring progress, and achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Love building connections with customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable in a high-pace environment
  • Experience as a Sales Representative
  • Proven record of quotas

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Shopify, Zendesk, project management tools
  • Ability to speak French
  • Proficient bike riding skills
  • General knowledge of eBikes

Compensation will be dependent on work experience and value provided to the company. Benefits will include generous discounts on our products and services.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 3 years (required)
  • Sales: 3 years (required)
