A national ecommerce company with six million operational budget, specializes in the sale of medical devices, supplements and vitamins is looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator. This individual needs to be a high energy, number-loving, meticulous, results-oriented, self-motivated individual. This position will work with the Management team, sales, finance and operations to establish and implement an eCommerce strategy and growth plan, including a perspective on Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain/Logistics and Operations.
The coordinator will foster strong relationships with cross functional leaders in marketing, sales & operations. They will also collaborate with retail partners ecommerce business to reimagine, establish and embed consumer centric operations into ongoing business and its evolution. Using strong analytical, communication, and business oversight skills to solve problems on a national scale and deliver proactive, insightful analysis, they will identify and implement creative, transformative approaches to business that exceed consumer expectations.
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online presence and driving sales through various digital channels. Your duties will include:
Ø Responsible for Purchasing. Place orders with different suppliers using multiple formats.
Ø Manages Inventory. Maintain inventory database using POS system.
Ø Supervise Customer Service Representatives;
Answers technical questions as well as assist in day to day issues.
Ø Maintains relationships with supplier representatives;
Ø Creates a schedule for upcoming sales, promotions, and e-blasts;
Ø Keeps track of and provides insight on both product sales and competitors;
Ø Processes warranties and refunds. Processes warranty claims with suppliers as well as refunds with different payment gateways;
Ø Develops, executes, and owns the ecommerce strategy and ensure that the online growth strategy aligns with the organizations overall business strategy and corporate priorities while delivering profitable growth;
Ø Oversees detailed forecasts, assortment, pricing and promo plans to achieve sales and margin targets;
Ø Initiates strategic enhancements/upgrades with business systems and workflow that will improve process and efficiency;
Ø Manages milestones, deadlines, and scheduling for multiple simultaneous projects, keeping the team up to date with progress and decisions;
Ø Ensures effective communication of all ecommerce initiatives, resulting in consistent understanding of the reasons for, direction of, and expected results of each project.
Ø Acts as a focal point for progress reporting on key initiatives, including timely updates and presentations to the teams;
Ø Works closely with an team which includes eCommerce experts, sale, finance and operations;
Qualification:
- Knowledge in Health and Supplement products
- Highly organized, data driven, understands commercial operations, able to deal well with peaks and manage multiple relationships locally and globally
- Understanding of local retailer/retailer.ca landscape; small appliance experience a plus
- Comfortable leading a network of agencies, internal & external stakeholders.
- Reverse logistics experience a plus
