We are looking for a Director of Launch Engagements to lead the successful onboarding and adoption of Axion's platform within enterprise-level organizations. This role requires a strong focus on building lasting relationships with key stakeholders, driving change management, and ensuring customers achieve significant ROI through strategic use of our product. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver high-impact solutions and create standardized processes to optimize the customer launch experience.
What You’ll Do:
Navigate complex organizational structures to identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and executives.
Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive product adoption and increase usage.
Ensure customers achieve a high return on investment by facilitating effective change management during tool implementation and adoption, and by working as a thought partner with customers and Axion engineers to deliver high-impact use cases.
Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improving adoption rates.
Provide technical guidance and support to customers, helping them maximize the value of our solution.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Engineering) to address customer needs and enhance the overall product experience.
Continue refining strategies to cultivate internal champions who advocate for our solution within their organizations.
Monitor and report on key customer success metrics and KPIs to track performance.
Create, own, and maintain playbooks to standardize and optimize the customer launch experience.
Who You Are:
Experienced in customer-facing roles, such as client or account management.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
Strong analytical aptitude, capable of interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
Proactive problem-solver, able to identify and address customer needs effectively.
Experienced in working with enterprise-level clients and navigating complex organizational structures.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement standardized processes or playbooks.
Proven track record of delivering high-impact results.

Compensation Range: $190K - $225K
