Job Summary
The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our company. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to increase market share. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market trends, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record in business development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning efforts.
  • Lead project management initiatives related to new business ventures or partnerships.

Skills

  • Strong strategic planning abilities with a focus on long-term growth.
  • Proven experience in business development within relevant industries.
  • Proficiency in software tools related to customer relationship management (CRM).
  • In-depth knowledge of market dynamics and sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client interactions.
  • Excellent sales acumen with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Strong project management skills, ensuring timely execution of initiatives.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills that foster positive client relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus opportunities

  • Pompano Beach, FL 33060: Relocate before starting work (Required)
