Job Description
Sales Development Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Making cold calls, sending emails, text messages and connecting with potential customers using social media and all available means to achieve targets.
- Schedule appointments and/or meetings for our sales executives to meet with potential customers.
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and target accounts.
- Qualify leads to determine their interest and fit for our service offerings.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture the relationship and move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine lead generation strategies and campaign execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM and internal lead management tool.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Familiarity with sales metrics and KPIs
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development or a related role
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
- Experience working with software IT services, healthcare domain knowledge will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
