This role is crucial for generating new business by scheduling appointments between qualified prospects and our Solar Sales Consultants. Role Description
You will engage with homeowners and potential customers through cold calls, social media outreach, and in-person interactions. By setting appointments for our Solar Sales Consultants, you will help drive sales and foster relationships with prospective clients.
Responsibilities
- Qualify Leads: Determine the level of interest and suitability of clients for solar services.
- Schedule Appointments: Arrange face-to-face meetings between qualified prospects and the Solar Sales Consultants.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of all communications in the CRM system to ensure follow-up and efficient client tracking.
- Follow Up: Monitor scheduled appointments and assist in rescheduling as needed.
- Traveling Opportunity (optional): Potential for traveling with the sales team to expand client reach
- Lead Generation through Direct Outreach: Actively connect with prospective clients through personalized, face-to-face interactions to spark interest in our solar solutions and educate them on their benefits.
- Increase Brand Awareness Locally: Foster awareness of our offerings by introducing our brand and services directly to potential customers in identified areas.
- Initiate Conversations in Targeted Areas: Engage with local residents and homeowners to identify potential clients, qualify leads, and set appointments for further consultations with our sales team.
- Consistent Availability: Be prepared to connect with prospective clients regularly throughout the week, ensuring flexibility to accommodate potential leads.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or appointment setting, preferably in sales or the renewable energy sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident, friendly approach.
- Organizational skills to manage leads and appointments efficiently.
- Basic familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Willingness to work face-to-face with potential clients and to travel as needed.
