Base Salary $17-$21/hr. plus potential commission and bonuses

Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their insurance requirements and provide personalized guidance.
• Sales Generation: Identify sales opportunities, present insurance options, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
• Customer Service: Offer exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Policy Management: Administer insurance policies, process claims, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Prospecting & Networking: Develop leads, expand client base, and build professional relationships to drive business growth.
• Compliance: Adhere to industry regulations, uphold ethical standards, and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• Licensing: Active Insurance License in Illinois is a bonus but we will train you
• Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Focus: A client-centric approach with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Local Presence: Residing in or near Belvidere, Illinois is preferred for a strong community connection.
