Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our exceptional sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts within your designated territory. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to effectively present our product offerings to potential clients. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, including cold calling and relationship building. Successful sales reps move quickly into a role of management and leadership.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on progress.
- Identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth within the territory.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in weekly team meeting and company events to grow skillset and expand professional networks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for effective territory management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Experience in outside sales or technical sales is highly desirable, but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
- A valid driver's license is required as travel within the territory will be necessary.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
