- Manage the bid process, including reviewing of estimates and proposals, ensuring that our offerings align with client expectations and project specifications.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry news, and emerging opportunities, adjusting your approach to align with the evolving needs of clients and the competitive landscape.
The Must-Have Shortlist:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but relevant experience in sales may be considered in place of a degree.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a sales role or customer-facing position, preferably within the construction or building materials industry; experience in selling cabinetry or related products is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to convey ideas persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful connections with clients and colleagues alike.
- Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel up to three days per week to meet with customers and foster relationships in the field.
- Self-Starter: Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the sales team and the multi-family ecosystem, along with a proactive approach to generating new business opportunities.
