Description
Our growing B2B AI technology client in the travel and hospitality space is looking to hire a Director of Marketing with 8+ years of experience in a Freelance to Full Time capacity.
You MUST have experience working in a high-growth tech startup environment and be a hands on a leader to be considered for this role. When you apply please respond with this experience.
This is a fully remote role. The core team sits in the San Francisco area but the client is open to someone working in any time zone.
As Director of Marketing, you must:
have B2B tech experience, ideally in the airline, hospitality or travel space
execute the content plan that is in place
prior managerial experience as you will be managing 2 marketers
be a self starter with the ability to execute in ambiguous, frequently changing, and fast-paced environments
seasoned experience developing marketing plans and building targeted marketing strategies for accounts
experience with Account Based Marketing and targeted marketing to bring a focus and knowledge to the organization
Product experience would be considered a bonus!
Director of Marketing Responsibilities:
Build and execute marketing plans for the hospitality industry that include content strategy, direct marketing, events, digital programs, etc. to deliver on OKRs and goals.
Manage and develop relationships with the client's partners, the partner's key contacts and their marketing teams.
Work with key various stakeholders across sales, customer success, and marketing to develop strategies to drive engagement and ensure we're representing the value of the various business offerings.
Establish a measurement framework to track performance, build and communicate an annual and quarterly strategy aligned to business objectives, metrics, and priorities.
Manage the day-to-day planning and execution of marketing programs to include emails, co-managing events, partner co-marketing programs, digital campaigns, and more.
