Salary: $18-$24/hour + Commission & Bonuses (up to $16K/year in incentives)

We’re searching for a passionate Community Sales Specialist to help us expand our membership and build deeper relationships within our community.

About the Role:

As a Community Sales Specialist, you’ll be responsible for driving membership growth and connecting with potential clients. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects, helping them understand how joining Strength Center can help them achieve their fitness goals. You’ll also engage with local businesses and community organizations to create partnerships that expand our reach and bring more people into our gym.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Conversion:

Generate and convert leads through phone calls, texts, social media outreach, and in-person interactions.
Meet with potential clients, listen to their fitness goals, and guide them through how Strength Center can help them achieve success.
Follow up with leads, trials, and past members to re-engage them.

Community Outreach:

Build relationships with local businesses, health practitioners, and community organizations to drive membership growth.
Represent Strength Center at local events, health fairs, and community engagements to increase awareness and build networks.

Sales Operations & CRM Management:

Manage sales operations through our CRM system (track leads, follow up, and maintain accurate sales records).
Collaborate with the head coach and facility leader to ensure alignment with our sales and community engagement strategy.

What We Offer:

Hourly Pay: $19-$24/hour, with opportunities to increase earnings through commissions and bonuses.

Ideal Candidate Experience:

Sales Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service (fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required).
Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable communicating over phone, text, email, and social media to engage prospects.
Community Engagement: A passion for networking, building relationships, and connecting with the local community.
