Universal Banker

Looking to fill Full positions located in the Las Vegas area.

Universal Bankers are assigned job responsibilities that include Teller and New Account tasks. Universal Bankers assist in all areas and departments learning all aspects of banking. Candidates are provided the opportunity to advance and grow within the Company.

Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently process and record routine transactions for bank customers, providing a high level of customer service. Opens New Accounts promoting and advising on available products and services while ensuring account documentation is complete.

Identify customers, validate and cash checks, process cash withdrawals. Accept cash and checks for deposit and check accuracy of deposit slip
Perform specialized tasks such as preparing cashier's checks, money orders, and wire transfers
Perform services for customers such as ordering debit cards and checks, changing addresses, updating account signers and signature cards
Record all transactions promptly, accurately and in compliance with bank procedures
Answer inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts and other bank related products
Able to resolve issues and/or problems with customer's accounts
Open new business and personal accounts, understanding of account documentation requirements and fraud monitoring
Answer telephones, respond to customer questions, direct callers to proper Bank personnel, if needed

Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of two years previous In-Branch banking experience as a Teller and/or New Account Representative.
Has New Account experience.
Self starter able to multi-task and work independently.
