Job Description:
As a Channel Development Specialist at Sensidyne, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the development and execution of strategic programs. You will be responsible for nurturing strong partner relationships, creating impactful sales enablement tools, coordinating customer events, and supporting channel marketing initiatives. This position requires a blend of relationship-building, marketing savvy, and analytical prowess to effectively drive success within our global channel partner network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and Maintain Partner Relationships: Cultivate open communication and address partner needs to ensure strong collaboration and support.
- Craft Effective Communications: Develop and deliver engaging communications to keep partners informed about technical updates, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage Trade Shows and Events: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute compelling trade show themes and ensure seamless event execution.
- Design and Implement Promotions: Develop innovative campaigns to drive incremental sales through our channel partners.
- Handle Documentation Requests: Process partner inquiries and requests for authorized distributorship, sole source letters, etc.
- Provide Sales and Marketing Resources: Equip partners with the necessary tools and materials to effectively promote and sell our products/services.
- Monitor Channel Performance: Analyze key metrics to assess the effectiveness of channel programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Build Internal Relationships: Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and support for channel initiatives.
- Contribute to Partner Social Media Strategy: Provide guidance and support to partners to leverage social media effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in channel sales or development
- Experience with channel marketing and communications
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong sales channel relationships
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and strong organizational skills
- Technical understanding of Industrial Hygiene is advantageous
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel marketing or business development
