Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers about their financial & personal objectives
- Identify customer credit needs to provide appropriate loan solutions & product offering
- Follow up on company-provided leads & set appointments
- Social media & business development (training provided)
- Build strong, trusting relationships with new & existing customers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Work with customers & branch finance team through the entire lending cycle
Hours for Sales Associate:
- 5-day work week schedule
- No Sundays
- Work most Saturdays with a weekday off
- Location hours: M-TH 9-6, F 9-7, Sat 9-5
Sales Associate Requirements:
- Sales experience
- The ability to work the listed hours
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to pass a background check
