The Associate, Revenue Operations will report to the Manager, Revenue Operations and have an immediate impact streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing project management, and communicating objectives between departments. This role will focus on high priority special projects, providing additional organizational and administrative support to the Revenue Leadership team as needed.


In this role you will:

  • Oversee daily operations, owning an array of responsibilities such as:
    • Developing and optimizing the RevOps tech stack (Salesforce, Hubspot, Drift, Gong, etc.);
    • Facilitating strategic projects that align with the organization’s GTM initiatives, in addition to identifying and reporting on their KPIs;
    • Delivering data-driven recommendations for product roadmaps and process improvements based on observed gaps across the partner experience.
  • Provide additional support in managing relationships with some of Rhino’s most strategic partners by:
    • Becoming a subject matter expert in all things Rhino Leasing Integration;
    • Answering basic product and experience support questions;
    • Drafting internal and external status updates on relevant partner projects.
  • Help ideate and implement new operational and product adoption strategies in collaboration with the Revenue Leadership team:
    • Monitoring GTM progress and translating learnings into sales and marketing tactics, both near-term and long-term;
    • Gathering partner feedback and drafting internal recommendations for the broader product roadmap and team operations.


We’re ideally seeking:

  • Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in copywriting and/or planning and distributing external communications;
  • Previous project and relationship management experience, such as: coordinating and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors; driving cross-functional initiatives with flexibility and a commitment to quality;
  • Enthusiasm for navigating dynamic environments and proactively tackling ambiguous challenges; a knack for balancing speed of execution vs. fidelity and perfection!

Benefits:

Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000


Rhino has partnered with a number of compensation benchmarking tools to determine competitive and fair market pay bands for our size and stage. Our goal is to ensure each employee is paid equitably and competitively while also maintaining a consistent and standardized methodology.


Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors including qualifications for the role, experience level and balancing internal equity relative to other Rhinos.
