Mission
Develop, lead, and manage the assigned product line sales and marketing efforts in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of customers. Prepare related business development reports and conduct/present relevant market analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities
Business Development (75%) – Support the Salesforce in developing ZH Centrifugal product line business including establishing goals for product sales. Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy to maximize business results and increase market share. Review business development strategies on a regular basis and recommend modifications and enhancements that will secure sales goals in line with growth targets. Develop and support day to day activities for sales force development. Represent the Company at trade shows and conferences, as required. Maintain effective lines of communication with the relevant Business Line Manager, Regional Vice Presidents, regional Direct Sales Representatives, Technical and Service departments.

Reporting (15%) – Prepare monthly reports that show market trends, business development results, competitor activity, sales forecasts, and prospective activity. Prepare forecasts and track orders for Industrial Air products monthly.

Market Analysis (5%) - Continuously pursue knowledge and understanding of economic trends and news that may affect the compressed air business. Report such activity to the Business Line Managers, Regional Vice Presidents, and regional Sales Representatives.

Personal Development (5%) – Through training and development, remain current in the product knowledge and sales/marketing skills necessary to be effective in the position.

Experience

Five years of centrifugal compressor field sales or marketing experience.

Education

Bachelor’s (4-year) Degree in Business, Engineering, or other technical area, and/or equivalent training and education.

$90,000 - $100,000 base salary with bonus structure. Salary based on knowledge, skills, and experience and has been geographically adjusted.
