We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in establishing and nurturing client relationships, promoting our products and services, and ultimately driving revenue growth. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will leverage various sales techniques and tools, including CRM software, to engage with prospective clients and follow up with existing accounts. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential clients via phone to promote our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Manage sales pipelines and forecast sales targets through CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective outreach strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals to achieve company objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience in high volume call environment.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • 50k base + Commissions $75k -$80k OTE
