Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Internet Sales Representative. As an Internet Sales Representative, you will answer inbound sales leads via phone, email and text. The primary role is to set appointments for our sales team. This postion pays a base salary of $40000 per year withi the opportunity to earn up to $1500 monthly in performance bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads and inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Utilize sales software to manage leads, track progress, and set appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline
- Proven experience in customer service and/or call centers
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems
- Sales support experience, including lead generation and qualification
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Phone etiquette to provide professional customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
